Absolutely broken management. I worked with them for three years, giving respect, dedication, late hours, and more. But, all of a sudden, they decided to lay off all of their senior employees, including me. A layoff isn't the problem—many companies do it in times of financial crisis, and we understand that. But they haven't paid us over two months of pending salaries, while they continue to bring in new hires.
For over a year, I've been requesting payment, respectfully asking them to settle our dues, but they just keep delaying it. We understood their situation and willingly gave them time, but over a year? That’s far more than enough to clear the dues if they intended to.
I never expected such treatment from a company I loved working with. I urge any new, current, or prospective employees to leave as soon as possible and find better companies. They don’t deserve loyal employees, and they'll likely betray you too.
