You will be hunted to work in there.
Cons
Brain-damaged management, A high level of dominating CEO and you won't have any chance to improve your skills or learn any technology even you won't be able to finish any project to attach to your GitHub. No seniors to guide you, the opposite of what had been said to me at the first interview. After all you will be reviewed badly even if you fix all broken things or delivered the customer needs. You will fight to keep your job then, no compensation
