      Pros

      Owner has kind caring moments. Office is comfortable. Fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Leadership & management is very fly by the seat of her pants. Manages with emotion and just depends on the day what you will get. Micromanages terribly which holds the company back from completing tasks and providing good customer service. Not open minded. Your job description will change weekly. Picks and chooses favorite employees and benefits them as so.

      Pros

      The environment is clean, friendly, and quality driven. The company is privately owned so it still has that atmosphere that every employee counts. The details are important and are consistent with every project that ships out.

      Cons

      There isn’t AC but that’s a complaint of almost every manufacturer in WI:)
