When I started I was led to believe there were prospects to advance and a friendly team, this was the case initially
Cons
Rampant nepotism, whole family works there with mothers supervising siblings and offspring with preference over non family members, as well as other family members in other departments. If you aren't family you get overlooked and recoeve a lot of blame, it's very hard to move forward with this company as a result, very toxic with previous complaints not being recorded so therefore no record.
