Qualification Check offers varied and interesting work which positively impacts people's futures. Colleagues and management have adopted a very open and honest working environment which builds trust and strong camaraderie. Operates in a fast-moving international space with new clients joining frequently.
Cons
None that you can't influence and improve! If you come up with an idea, its seriously considered as part of ongoing plans.

Pros
QC is relatively small but fast growing, truly international, committed to quality and provides marketing leading services. There is a wealth of opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, no chance to be bored. The company structure is flat and being a smaller company means everyone has a voice.
Cons
Only that there are seldom enough hours in the day. And the CRM (which is getting fixed)
