That's right. Qdrant is the vector search engine behind xAI. If you support Musk and AI, support Qdrant. And Qdrant's profile feels like Musk's Twitter. AI companies, especially smaller startups, should be full of joy. Instead, it's the Hunger Games at Qdrant. They've been around for maybe 3 years. At least a dozen have not lasted more than 3 months. Developers. Gone after a few months. Developer relations engineers. Gone after a couple of months. HR. Hired one month, gone the next. They're constantly posting on social media. No wait. The person who pushed schedules of social media is also no longer with Qdrant. But no matter. Their marketing tries to sound smart by pushing absolute hogwash. It's a shame. They've done some great work on vector databases. They've built an "everyone for themself" culture. And they're overexposing themselves like American infomercials.
