The people are amazing. Opinions on the ranges are listened to and heard. Buyers involved me quiet alot and were always asking for my thoughts on products and colours.

Cons

Working late most evenings of the week and was told not to make plans. Excessive amount of meetings meaning you fall behind on day to day tasks. Time in meetings is not taken into account when productivity is reviewed. Lack of communication. Unrealistic expectations. The teams are not big enough to do the amount of work needed.
