The compensation does not match the workload compared to other bars. While it offers a hallmark-style experience, taxes significantly reduce earnings, requiring above-market pay, often equivalent to what individuals with 10+ years of experience earn, to make it worthwhile. Although the environment can be supportive, formal training is lacking unless veteran bartenders from other establishments choose to share their expertise with you.
