Food. Welcoming at first. Some good co-workers. Some good/fun clients.

Cons

Cheap. Terrible management by non-technical people who seemingly hold grudges. "Prayer" at some company meetings with parent company - very awkward. Career growth based on who you know, not what you know.

Micro managed, no cross learning, management unwilling to assist you, personal relationships with management required to move up, large group of smokers constantly outside not working, including CEO/MANAGEMENT
