Bad management towards employees in the organization

1. There would be no such induction and training on joining.... they simply say to refer the Udemy videos and they call such as on job training. 2. There are no such process to involve project coordinators in all the areas (Planning, budgeting, Risk ...) due to which you cannot learn anything but just mediating. 3. There is a bad management that they don't even reply's to employee's emails properly ...... where in my case .... i have dropped an email on my resignation and applied in Portal ..... requesting for relieving me earlier ...... when i completed my notice as requested .....i will get to know that company got absconded me...... This is the level of management Projak Infotech is maintaining and playing with employees life. 4. If its comes to the salary part.....the worst thing i ever seen..... Projak infotech don't have any particular date & time to credit to employees i may extend upto 10th of every month.
