      Pros

      It is very difficult to tell about good thing but TL’s are very good . Even this co never care there employees .

      Worst place to work , This is a baniya company , No one care employ we can say this is a factory . very rude top level management not having sense of talking and HR policy . No HR policy here . I have work here more then a year and serve 50+ days of notice period but they does not provide relieving and experience letter . Company ceo said they have loss of 55000 bucks due to me . so deposite money and collect letters . Cheap People ...

      Dear Ex- Associate, The information you have shared is incorrect. Our CEO doesn't involve in HR matters except leadership level. You have left the organization by giving wrong reasons to get early relieving and left us in midst of project which resulted in irreparable loss to the company.”

      Pros

      Join only if you are really desperate for money and are not able to find job elsewhere. Gives you salary till you are in the organisation will block your last month salary and FnF settlement.

      Cons

      All good reviews by hr department only to please the CEO The most unethical company in terms of organisation culture. In my short tenure of less than an year 11 out of 14 new employees left abruptly. No employee ever considers rejoining. Will definitely block your FnF settlement and last month salary after leaving

      Cunning Company .. No good policies... Insecure company

      A proper nine to six job .

      Cons

      They select you with a bad salary and cunning HRs. Communication and transparency is not at all there. Notice period 3 months .. Pathetic leave policy . only 1 leave in a month and not a single leave in probation. No sick provisions, No emergency consideration for employee. Manager will make you work extra but no value and credibility. Also, they ask for 1.5 times of your monthly salary as security . Insecure company. No allowances , No conveyances from your night shifts.
