Cons
HR team is just for a name and they have no power of their own 25% Salary deducted for consecutive four months without any communication. I was not informed or mailed about any deductions. There is no leave encashment. Even if you have 30 days Privileged leaves available you're not allowed to take any leave in notice period and all your leaves will get lapsed without any encashment benefits. All leaves in notice period will be Leave Without Pay. You cannot plan long weekends by sandwiching weekends in between. Weekends will also be counted as a leaves taken in this case. Once you resign your salary will be blocked and will be paid only after 3-4 weeks of your last working day. You'll have to survive without any salary for more than 3 months incase you resign in the 3rd or 4th week of the month. Company will count weekend public leaves to complete the annual leave quota. For e.g if Diwali is on Sunday, company will count that too as Annual public holiday and try not to consider public holidays falling on weekdays
