Late work is very much dependant on someone's performance. We are result-based company and with that comes freedom and responsibilities. We are not a good place for clock watchers. We are glad that you have made the choice to find something more fitting. We have been experiencing major growth even during COVID-19 and provided generous increments to deserving employees that met their KPIs. We welcome reviews from real current and former employees. Being anonymous should not be a license to commit unlawful activities and spread fake information for malicious intent.
