Pros
The people you can work with here are incredible. There is so much raw potential and intelligence in the lab and R&D departments, and infinite support from incredibly experienced directors. The patient care team were some of the best I’d had the pleasure to ever work with, and truly set this lab apart in patient interactions.
Cons
Abhorrent upper management. Absolutely devoid of morals or ethical leadership. Impossible to ever succeed in getting anything meaningful accomplished. If you are a *woman* or a human who would rather not struggle with internalized legal or scientific principles every single day——RUN.
