      A Great Company to Work for and to Grow With

      Pros

      Great place to learn, you can come here with no knowledge of IT and get all the training and support you need to be successful and have a great career. The people really do make this job so much better, the team is small but this means we get to know each other and can work together as a team with ease. You are actively engorged to learn and progress, the company truly does want you to succeed.

      Thanks for your review. I noted your comments about pay and hours. Whilst it can be a challenge to compete on salary in a competitive market, we have just provided an unsolicited cost of living increase to all staff. Additionally we have provided all full time staff with every other Friday afternoon off to allow them a longer weekend and to spend more time with friends and family or as they wish. Its our longer term ambition to try and move to a 4 day working week - something that might be a challenge to achieve but we will have a go at it! Our hope is that this keeps an energised environment a helps Pro Drive stay a great place to work!

      Support to develop professionally and personally with opportunities to progress. Focused on continuously improving to provide a better client and employee experience. Care about employee welfare and mental health. Flexible hybrid working arrangements. Regular company social events. Driven and supportive colleagues.

      Pros

      I love the team I'm working with. They're all detail oriented people. The management team do try to make sure we have social events, and keep in regular contact with the rest of the company during WFH. Lots of opportunity to train and gain certifications. I genuinely like all the people with whom I work.

      Cons

      It's possible the salary isn't quite up to industry levels.
