Cons
1. Salary is very low and often delayed (sometimes 2–3 months late) 2. Employees are forced to sign a 3-month agreement, which creates pressure. 3. Many employees have to leave without receiving pending salary. 4. Poor management and lack of employee support 5. No salary increment 6. Promotions are given only to increase workload, without any financial benefit.
