Pros

1. Follow the company's philosophy, "There isn't a thing that can't be learnt," and be ready to get your hands on nearly everything! 2. There are no secrets in the company. You may trust your boss enough to discuss personal issues with them. However, they may use it as a topic for small talk with your coworkers without your permission. 3. It is, after all, a loving family, similar to the Fast and Furious franchise. When the company struggles, you must give your all to ensure that it continues to run, both physically and financially. Everyone must participate as if this is your own company. 4. The Management team will always push you to work harder and strive for excellence by comparing yourselves with uni students, praising how they can come up with a brilliant business plan within 48 hours but you struggled to deliver. 5. Great for animal lovers as there will be an office dog running around. You will spoil the dog enough to take it out for walkies, cleaning pee and poops, buying it snacks as well as taking it to the vets. 6. If you are lucky, you will get to spend time with the management, having bonding time in the boss's penthouse, plus a ride in the fancy sports-car if you are extra lucky. 7. Get featured on management's IG stories to help promote OT culture. 8. Collaborate with global brands that you don't know what they have to do with the company. 9. After all, this is a tech education company, not a tech company. You will understand the truth behind "AI" that runs on human brains.

Cons

1. You can enjoy way too much caffeine to keep yourself focused; there's no excuse for being tired. 2. After switching jobs, you might end up in another company that's no better than this one. However, people would be happy for you to pursue other opportunities.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They call themselves a tech company, but it isn't. Nobody hired has any in-depth knowledge of the technology they're teaching. The salary is low, and the hours are long. Management is inexperienced and doesn't seem to know the direction they want to go in. I don't see a positive outlook for this company.
