      Freedom to lead a team the way you want.

      Very hard to advance in the company and communication with headquarters is horrible along with there is a obin crowd that if your not in it you will not advance in the company .

      They treat their employees fairly and they genuinely care for them. The company culture is great, also considering the industry it's in. People here treat each other with respect and kindness.

      Every company has their basic cons. I can't think of anything that would stand out.

      In a new market they were aspect a lot more from a technician as far as building the market so you will have to do a lot of marketing more than working on cars
