No reason to work there

They wont pay salary. They think they are only human being alive in this world. If anyone want to do social service they can work there. No one Dubakur in coimbatore. They never felt bad or guilty for cheating

Pros for me is i am not employer of this concern
Cons
No proper management. You will get pay less than you committed. And if you try to leave from this concern you will not get any certificates. Actually, my friend was working there for one year. You will not get salary on date. Do not join there. If you join there, you may waste your career.
