Hi, Thank you for providing this feedback - we're happy to hear that you've had opportunities to learn new skills and generally enjoyed the training you've received so far. It's disappointing to hear how you feel about your experience with our CEO and the management team as we take the engagement of our team incredibly seriously. We are surprised by your feedback as we have a core cultural style of support and enable rather than command and control, which comes directly from the CEO and the rest of the management team. We actively encourage all team members to question decisions and voice opinions of what could be done differently and better, as we recognise that we can all grow from being open to feedback and taking learning from the experiences and viewpoints from everyone around us.
