Pros
Several startup companies working towards creative business solutions that also meet a social need. Most companies are small so there's opportunity to experiment with different functions.
Cons
As with most startups, bringing product to market will be the challenge. Helps that parent and sister companies are very supportive of one another.

Excellent employee welfare, friendly, open company culture and willingness to discuss problems and issues in an open, mature manner.
Cons
Nothing. Most work from home so it depends if this is your preference.
