Pros

Co workers that understand the chaos Remote work Flexible schedule

Cons

•Take a look at all the positive reviews, I can bet that 90% are coming from the sales team, who doesn’t know what is going on behind the scenes •Daniel Pompa has a short fuse with anyone who questions him or his new product line •CEO, Daniel Pompa Jr. holds meetings on “transparency” and yet does not/has not truly listened to coaching concerns for clients and themselves •Extremely religious to the point that if something happens to you or a client, they claim it’s the devils work. Not their program. •Ask if the new product line that they are giving to VERY sick people is proven to work…. You also may want to ask about the noted side effects •Clients and coaching experiences/side effects are considered to be “data” •They took a once great thing, and flipped it upside down due to greed. •Considered “independent contractors” but hold mandatory meetings

Pros

Learned a lot about cellular detox

Cons

I was very excited to start working here as someone who’s passionate about natural health and helping ppl heal the root cause of their chronic illnesses. It is also a “faith-based” company which added to the appeal. I loved learning about the science behind the program in the first 5 weeks. HOWEVER- Leadership makes you feel like you have to do things perfectly or you’ll be let go. During onboarding more than half of the ppl hired were let go, and other leadership in the company were let go on the spot for various reasons. This is a very high pressure environment, you’ll also be working around the clock with little to no break and 6+ hours of zoom meetings per day along with a lot of other work. Also working on the weekends to memorize the 16 page script and other materials. I felt that they use fear, intimidation and emotional manipulation in their work culture, as well as, how they get clients signed up. It’s a psychological roller coaster. I had to quit because I felt very disillusioned by everything. Honestly there are much better opportunities out there with a healthier balance!!! The company’s purpose is to help ppl heal their illnesses and ironically the work environment is not healing at all. I really thought it would be more holistic. It was not aligned with my vision in the end. Also don’t be fooled by the faith based company thing or the compensation potential, do your thorough research on this company first. I thought I’d done my research but was blinded by the potential…

Pros

All jobs are relatively easy, you can do virtually any role in the company, and the pay is well above industry standards. When working in office the culture was great. Upon starting there were a lot more pros but those have all dissipated now.

Cons

The CEO is entirely unfit to do his job. He lacks any and all emotional intelligence and prides himself on only using "logic". He lies about former employees and their experiences within the company and encourages others to do the same. If you are a woman, don't apply here. Because the men in management will not believe that you are competent or capable of doing your job and if someone needs to be fired, it will be you first (unless you're the CEO's wife, of course). Extremely shady business practices, nearly all the reviews you see on the BBB or Trustpilot are true, but they also will pay employees to put out or encourage 5-star reviews. Unless you are rich and totally okay with losing all your money, the cost of the program does make these people a bunch of scammers. They believe that intellectual property is enough reason to charge people as much as they do, and for the entire time I have worked there the contract has continued to retain an exorbitant amount of money even if clients have gone to the hospital or haven't even used anything in the program.
