Extreme favoritism to those who promote a culture of overwork and extreme stress. Point3 Security rarely gives true promotions and focuses highly on title changes without compensation increases.

Constant misleading of entire company, direct harassment and emotional exploitation. No formal complaint or performance review system. “Unlimited PTO” with passive aggressive retaliation and discrimination against women.
