      the team outside of leadership

      Cons

      most everything. employees get worked into the ground, completely unrealistic and unattainable expectations, controlling and inexperienced leadership, and generally promotes a culture of complete chaos.

      - Activity based vs strategic culture, with unrealistic output expectations that burn the whole team out - Founder is so focused on presenting a bubbly, likeable persona, real & clear communication doesn't happen
