If you like to be challenged and work with the latest technologies, this is the place for you. I had the opportunity to contribute in all phases of the SDLC, work with the latest Java technologies and develop lasting working relations with great customers. This is a fast-paced company where you will have the chance to stay ahead technically and professionally.
Cons
This may not be the place for anyone that can’t multitask.

Pros
Rewarding - working with clients to implement key integration solutions. Executive team has an open door policy and is very approachable and open to ideas. Great team of smart people. A lot of good collaboration happens here. Flexible roles within the company. Tons of opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Some travel to client sites, usually limited to when new projects are started.
