      Very Bad Management without proper skill or knowledge

      Location is central and easily accessible

      Cons

      Management are not suitable for the roles they are in with little or no proper training, think they can treat staff with contempt dont appreciate feedback by staff . Feel they are unaccountable for their actions and behaviours not a nice environment to work in as the Management create the most negative atmosphere for other staff
