To mention some positivity here, my Director was very good with words and it's just because of him i kept on going because he showed some beleive in me and kind words, so thank you for that.
Cons
Most toxic culture, very degrading job, this was my first company and purely non tech and brain rotting work with no skills to develop! I got so lucky to get a tech opportunity in a mnc after 6 months of working here and got to know about real development and work culture. But here in this company with some of the so called professionals who does nothing but calls 24/7 as an associates and senior associates after that managers are dependent on these associates for completes and they try to look smart but they aren't, people try to look smart here, and justify that they're doing more than just some calls for research completes. Such a company is for someone who have no interests in their professional future and want to be depressed for a lifetime! I am so happy to get out of here and it still gives me chill on how brain rotting and disgusting it was to work here with my manager trying to intimidate me every day and i always took him for a con artist 😂! I didn't care though and just went off for some initial money! But gods be great i was so happy when i got a tech job being in that office! To summarise if you are a fresher, please don't go that road for few money unless you have that passion in you and believe you'll pull off a better job( where you learn and grow) while working hell of 9 hours in this place. Please please don't come here, I've known my friends here stuck in this place just because they weren't able to find something else and those money will keep you in the loop. But understand, you're better than this. And specially people who have btech! Guys come on we're way better than this, there's no scope of tech here. So keep pushing and don't adjust for something so intellectually low🫡
