Pros
It is a progressive company with a very clear vision as to its direction and where its wanting to head. Its also very clear on which projects it adds value too but is not shire of trying something new.
Cons
(Only a Con to some People) The business is extremely process driven in every aspect which can be difficult for staff to keep on top of when there is busy periods. Management are continuously looking to improve systems and processes.
