Cons
The workplace is that of High School and it was a lot of bullying from Rick. He was intimidated that I created changes that helped move the company forward. He has no experience or business being a manager. I wouldn’t let him manage my dog. The training is none existent and if you complain about it they WILL fire you. You have to get in, kiss their butt and understand the job but not better than them. Otherwise Rick will get jealous and fire you. This place is a mess and I recommend you run!!! Do not accept the offer that breeds a toxic workplace even virtually. There is also a culture and diversity issue as NO BLACK people are working there. There is no growth. I had a manager that I wouldn’t trust growing baked bread in the oven for me. Since he was over my career path I was destined to fail!!!
