Pros
The only good thing I can say is that It had some good and nice people. Benefits are just okay.
Cons
Not a stable company or workspace. Few wrong people in key role positions that affect employees and work. Unorganized and lack of communication between departments.

- Access to interesting (although sometimes typical) projects with international clients; - Brilliant team of talented and enthusiastic professionals.
Cons
Managing partner is not involved into projects planning and workload estimation so sometimes clients are promised to receive deliverables within unreal terms and then employees are pushed to put speed over quality.
