Do yourself a favour and avoid working for an amateur fraternity esque 'marketing' team.
Pros
Office is located in a WeWork building. Was brought on as an Intern but ended up being the entire marketing department so very hard to learn from people when theres no one who has any experience in marketing. Good place to learn if you want to learn by teaching yourself on YouTube. Was able to go into work late some days as we received texts late at night stating to come in a little late tomorrow.
Cons
Was never given a written contract in the 6 months I worked here. Was enticed by a "4-hour work week" in the interview, this is completely false - more like you leave when you're told. Beware if you take a holiday as this may leave a bad taste in the bosses mouth even if you work remote during the holiday. Oh, and I wasn't paid fully when I was fired two weeks after returning from the 2 (work days) holiday. CEO knew I was never provided with a paper contract and played dumb about how I never received a raise etc and until I could prove it I wasn't receiving anything.
