Micromanagement and Poor Pay

Pros

Great culture and flexible working environment.

Cons

Some managers don't know how to just let their staff get on with the job and instead micromanage them to do it a slower& more inefficient manner. Doesn't pay at the market rate and justifies this by saying they are bootstrapped whoever they just took investment nor issue any employee shares. Not much diversity. Work / Life balance

Decent amount of opps inbound. Good people to work with. Good place to launch a sales career

Cons

Toxic attitude from the top. Upper management doesn’t give off the confidence that they know what they’re doing (just my observation and opinion). Internal processes and communication methods can be odd and seem to change at will. It just wasn’t smooth. Pay was a little under what other companies provided for equivalent roles. Not horrible but not great.
