      Bunch of unprofessionals disguised as PR Professionals.

      Pros

      You get a samosa and a half-eaten cake at the end of the month. But beware, they might judge you if you pick an extra ketchup.

      Cons

      I have spent years in the PR industry and this has been the worst experience in my career. To be honest, PR Professionals is a blot on my CV. THE MANAGERS SUFFERS FROM VERBAL DIARRHOEA. They are clueless on strategies and the senior managers don't know the ABC of public relations. I am listing some below: -Lack basic dignity, no respect to privacy, invasion of personal space. Some of the loyals even stalk social media profiles. -Toxic work culture and office politics. -Extra work hours, you work on weekends. THEY ASKED EMPLOYEES TO WORK FROM OFFICE DURING THE COVID WAVE. -Encourage sycophancy. -Zero growth, highly unorganized, lacks DEI, no policy, poor salary. -High attrition rate. -You can't make friends. Personal attacks are common. -You can't even go out for a cup of tea. -No washroom. You need to rely on a common bathroom which is used by the mall visitors and other staff. -No cafeteria. -The list is endless.

      Dear all Stakeholders, We have come to know of a malicious post on glassdoor that is not only false and baseless but malicious with criminal intent. We have already lodged a complaint with SHO, Cyber Crime, Haryana on 16th June, 2022 at 17:22 hrs at e-mail (shocybergrg.pol-hry@gov.in) PR Professionals and its large base of employees, supporters and alumni condemn it in strongest terms. Needless to mention the post is written with clear purpose to spread negative rumors to defame us. We, however, find it objectionable that Glassdoor allowed itself to be used as a tool by disgruntled elements /competition to affect our business and bring disrepute to us. We request you to kindly take it off and tender an apology for the post. We will apprise you of further legal action that we will pursue. Thanks for your trust and support.       Safest place to grow as a woman

      Pros

      I started working at PR Professionals at the very beginning of my career and I'm glad to say that it was one of the best decisions that I could take because of these reasons: * Under MD Sarvesh Tiwari, I learnt a lot and he personally ensured that I as well as other newcomers learn and excel in what they do. * PRP has helped me build a network that will help me in my career at any place and any stage. * As a woman, the policies and measures taken to ensure women safety in the workplace, was something that I really admired. * The management personally looks into the well being of every employee.

      Cons

      * Very far from Delhi. Travelling can be an issue for people living far. * Difficult to avail WFH on a consistent basis. * The pressure in PR may not be suitable for everyone.

      Pros

      PR Professionals actually practice the open door policy. The management, including the founder, is very approachable. Anyone from an intern to an executive can reach out to the management, and management will also hear you and provide you with the required support. The organization empowers you to learn and grow. It is a growing organization and has diverse set of clients, which provides you with a very holistic experience. The working environment is very different from any corporate, employees are actually treated like family. The organization is there to support you financially, emotionally, and in every other possible way when you are in need.

      Cons

      Nothing as such, the organization is perfect and is led by a very able and empathetic leader.
