Pros
They try to make their employees 'happy' by providing lots of benefits. It's a young and hyp office. Very flexible working arrangement.
Cons
The management is awful! I suspect this has to do with the team you are working on, but in my team managers would not communicate to you anything regarding your performance and then ccome the end of the year they complain. Really truly awful management - it seems like they are promoting a lot of senior researchers to be managers and there are just so many skills missing in this process that are essential to manage people. They also expect a lot from you without providing adequate training and onboarding.
