Pros

The colleagues here are genuinely the best part of this place. They are warm, supportive, and they actually look out for each other. The good culture you see here? That comes from the staff, not the company

Cons

For a company that talks a lot about people, it is funny how little that actually shows on the inside. The people in charge got to where they are because of who they know, not because of what they can do. The founder does not even know the people working for him. How do you lead a company when you do not even know your own staff? Senior people here care more about clients and how the company looks from outside. If you are not in their circle, you basically do not exist to them. The pay is not worth what they expect from you. You end up doing way more than what your job is supposed to be, with no extra pay and no recognition. The yearly increment is so small it barely means anything. When something goes wrong, it is always the staff who have to take the blame. People at the top make the decisions, but when things do not work out, somehow it is never their fault. You are not allowed to say where the problem really came from. Rewards and recognition go to the people close to management, not the ones who actually worked hard. After a while you just stop expecting anything. The burnout here is real, and people are not leaving because they want to. They are leaving because they have been pushed to a point where they have no choice. The negative reviews on this platform are real. They all say the same things because the same things keep happening. If you look around the office, you can see it on every single person’s face. How long they have been holding it together. How hard they are trying not to break. The five star reviews here? Even the people writing them know they are lying.

Pros

You learn very quickly what kind of workplace to avoid in the future.

Cons

Management is painfully incompetent and completely disconnected from employees. Decisions are made based on favoritism, ego, and panic instead of actual strategy or leadership. There is no direction, no transparency, and absolutely no accountability when things go wrong. HR acts more like a damage-control team for management instead of supporting employees. Concerns are brushed aside, feedback is ignored, and employees are constantly gaslit into believing problems are “normal workplace challenges.” Professionalism only exists when management is watching. Benefits? Practically nonexistent. Increment? Insultingly low — barely enough to cover inflation. Bonus? Don’t expect one unless disappointment counts as compensation. Employees are expected to overwork while the company gives the bare minimum in return. Stop spending more energy managing your Glassdoor image than fixing the actual problems employees complain about. People can tell when a company culture is fake. Eventually, no amount of suspiciously positive reviews can hide the truth.
