The company is full of frauds. Venu garneni and Mallaiah Duddempudi are the worst persons in the company. They fire employees on the spot without relieving them. They think they are better in managing things. But they are worst. They don't pay proper salaries. They don't give last month pay even. Their HR policies are worst in the world. I don't know why Venu is into Ebix with this attitude.

freshers: company rules are worst see explanation below 1) Need to sign a bond of 3 years. 2) Bond includes 2 lakh rupees need to deposit. 3) If any one failing to serve notice period at any reason you will loose your 2 lakhs deposited amount. 4) If your performance is not good or else company did n't have requirement in the service bond period company makes you to pay 2 lakhs rupees. 5) There is no guarantee that your trained technology and working technology will be same. 6) Company will have training in which you need to pay 5000 per month to company .training can be more than 4 months to 8 months 7) There are no carrier development programs though you have interest in one specific technology you will not get chance to learn that technology as there are no training's for experienced candidates.
