poor work organisation, poor management, strong sense of hierarchy and cliques. a lot of behind-back gossiping about other employees that made me uncomfortable. certain managers conduct themselves very unprofessionally, and most do not know what they're doing, but like to look down on other employees. overall, not a nice place to work.
