The work culture was really bad, especially the behavior of the top-level people. The HR department lacked every aspect of proper functioning. Even the termination process was difficult. They would try to threaten you during the termination, such as holding up your PF (Provident Fund) activity or blocking your experience certificate. They would also threaten to give negative feedback during background verification. After enduring all this drama, once you finally leave the organization, you feel a sense of relief, as if you've gained your freedom.

Career growth is very limited, and the salary is not competitive. The in-hand salary is very low, with many deductions, including a full share for the provident fund. Additionally, if there is any company event, employees are expected to contribute. The work culture is not ideal, and the HR management is highly not recommendable.
