very understanding boss especially when there was a family medical situation to attend to, the boss and the whole team was very understanding and other colleagues helped to cover my work load. And they constantly checked on my well being. The boss even supported and was understanding when I was studying part time. I was also given exam leave for my exams. The team was always helpful to teach me especially it was all new to me with the concepts and filings. The boss even arranged the set up for work from home (eg. monitor, web cam, stationery, chair)
