Pros

none. nothing. zero. non existent

Cons

countless cons, where do i start? lies, lies to the employees, lies to the customers, never getting paid on time, getting scammed on commission, pushing you to work with no full time contract and to be unprotected by labor law, micromanagement, interfering with employees personal lives, the entire leadership of the company is essentially two massive egos, one narcissist and the other is a pathological liar. I'm confident all the good reviews you see here are fake, and all the negative things are accurate

Pros

- You will wait an extra month to get previous months salary,, and maybe an extra two or three months to get half of the commission you earned. - Systemic Disrespect: Management treats high-value assets like disposable parts. There is a total lack of emotional intelligence and professional courtesy at the top. -The environment is a "you know what hole" of inefficiency. Instead of focusing on growth, energy is wasted on petty power plays and "noise." - Good for learning what a "bad work culture" looks like so you can avoid it in the future. - Teaches you patience while you look for a better opportunity. - It serves as a perfect "What Not To Do" manual for anyone aspiring to be a real leader. This environment is not conducive to growth or professional development. Management lacks the fundamental respect required to maintain high-value talent. Communication is poor, and the culture is built on "noise" rather than results. The Verdict: If you value your time and career trajectory, look elsewhere. This is a low-tier operation that does not respect its staff.

Cons

- Lack of structural integrity in management. - High-stress, low-reward environment that doesn't respect employee time or growth. - The atmosphere is stagnant and doesn't align with anyone looking to build a real career. - lack of respect by management to anyone.
