You will be micromanaged until you don’t even know what you think any more. Everyone is stressed, crying, overworked, off sick and leaving. When you say you're leaving the cofounder doesn't speak or look at you for your whole notice. Slack is used to berate and humiliate individuals in full view of every one else on the team. It's cruel.

This review, like all the other honest reviews, will soon be taken down and replaced by several fake reviews written by management themselves. That’s the nature of this place. One of the two co-founders is a literal narcissist who refuses to take any constructive criticism. This place will work you to death and destroy your mental health. Get used to people crying in the office, taking long mental health breaks and crazy staff turnover. Micromanagement like you wouldn’t believe. People being shamed in front of the whole office.
