      Pros

      Octet Design Studio is a small, yet growing firm that has given us immense opportunities for learning new things. Our leader has a very deep understanding of our client's expectations which has given us an insight into the real world. A lot of emphases is given to having open discussions amongst the team which helps us in getting different perspectives. Our leader, even though being quite young is generously patient with his employees especially when it comes to teaching them with new concepts. In just 2 years, the company has grown from very few projects to many many more which shows the company is growing not only with employees but also with the projects. At this pace, its going to do wonders 5 years down the line.

      Cons

      Since it's a small scale firm, there's immense scope for learning individually as employees as well as the company as a whole. Having said that, it also becomes important to have designated roles for each one. While it is a great way to get out of your comfort zone and try something new, it can also act as a hindrance and sometimes take too much time than required eventually bringing the company's productivity down.
