The salary could be a bit higher

Salary not competitive compared to other companies

Just went to lay off 13% of employees (including myself) but kept acting like everything was fine and that the restructuring wouldn't include layoffs. I get that it's a business that they don't care about people, just making money, but still sucks to feel blindsided and have to try and scramble for a new job when I thought I'd be there forever..

– Poor and demotivating management style with little to no support or transparency – Frequent overtime with unrealistic expectations and lack of work-life balance – Constant organizational changes causing confusion and instability – High employee turnover – people are regularly fired or have their contracts ended at the last moment – Very stressful work environment with pressure and lack of recognition

- Top-down approach with many hierarchy levels. - Limited collaboration & communication in between the silos. - Salary: company is paying well, but if this is your first Job and you dont fight for an appropriate salary, they will keep you low as long as possible.

Not keeping up with salaries for people that have been there the longest. Clicks with leadership team. Favoritism is definitely seen by most. Not alot of growth unless you want to be in leadership

Salary is not high and small raise yearly

Low salaries, approximately 20% lower than equivalent biopharma/devices. Responsibilities, titles and compensation not well aligned. Benefits such as Medical, Dental etc, not up to par compared to other pharma/device/biotech companies. Drug plan is awful, one of the worst I have experienced.
