Pros
Great people. Very smart, generally inclusive, Very hard working. Company mission is strong, and viable. Teams show respect to one another. Love that the company is willing to cross pollinate it's expertise. Ability to work remotely. Generous with perks such as discounts for employees. Management very engaged with teams, and welcoming of participation
Cons
Low salaries, approximately 20% lower than equivalent biopharma/devices. Responsibilities, titles and compensation not well aligned. Benefits such as Medical, Dental etc, not up to par compared to other pharma/device/biotech companies. Drug plan is awful, one of the worst I have experienced.
