Provision of boreholes and licensing comes from a level of competency. Coverage over South of England.
Cons
Highly nepotistic, with family to family friends. A medium size business run as autocracy. Underpay technical and service employees, high attrition rate of employees due to excessive workload. Woefully inadequate structure including HR, inter-department comms and employee feedback. Ongoing cover ups of poor performance to employees and sadly clients. No transparency of operations and billing to clients.
