Pros
People who work here become very close and support each other. The curriculum is good not enough lessons for the price. I guess the only good thin about this place is your co workers
Cons
Micro Management to the point it is harassment, Pay is not up to standards, Employees go broke working here, commission structure is a joke will not get any commission for at least a year. Goals are unrealistic. Set up for failure not success. No benefit package, sick days or time off. HIGH TURN OVER. Under paid. The list can go on and on This is not a job for experienced professionals its a job for little kids run by a man who trusts no one and has little knowledge how to run a company
