Pros
Its a boys club and all about who you know not what you do. The owners destroyed a company by being irresponsible
Cons
They liked to party hard and it destroyed the company . They only care about themselves. It was pretty sad

• awesome working from home • fun yearly outings • knowledgable dev team • client (direct sales) needs are pretty similar • the owner is inspirational
Cons
• upper management • overtime is expected not appreciated (prob because everyone is doing it)
