Pros
Good relationship with manager and other staff - this was probably the best aspect of the job Satisfying when helping a customer with something and it working out for the best Working hours are good for having a social life Good staff discount of 40%
Cons
Rate of pay is less than what I got in my previous job and I really notice the difference Monthly payment is extremely difficult for a part-time worker who's also in uni Constant changing of rota and asking to come in on days off (I understand this can't be helped) but causes anxiety on days off or when checking the "new" rota for the upcoming week when one has already been published. Management seemed overly annoyed when employees couldn't or wouldn't come in on their days off, thought this was unfair.
