Pros
Traveled alot with good travel pay and stayed in nice hotels every time. Company trucks where in good shape and well maintained
Cons
Management did not tell us what they wanted other than here is the place get the install done you have 2 weeks. After that we where on our own, which is fine except that half way in the install they would come by and say no you can't do it this way you need to do it that way. They did not pay for time on the road. sometime we would be stuck in baltimore traffic and not be getting paid at all. In a 14 hour day we sometime didn't get paid for 6 of that.
