This was my first actual job in the IT industry and I have to tell you that all the other jobs I had after that were completely different (in a positive way). Here are some points:
1) They will SPY on you and everything you do, have that for granted.
2) Don't have remote work, being in the software industry (at least they didn't when I was there).
3) They will make comments like "you are not even a Junior, you are a Super Junior" considering that they actually trained me and selected me from a whole bunch of other people.
4) Had other friends working there and they all agreed it was hell.
5) They think they are Microsoft but they are just a bunch of dinosaurs who work on a darn old system from ages ago. And the new thing isn't "disrupting" as they intended to. The CEO is just good selling that crap, that's it.
6) The money wasn't good either.
7) After leaving, other companies I've worked in did not care of what I did there, so it doesn't open you any doors.
My advice, get the hell out of there as soon as possible. If you can afford not entering in the first place, better.
